Notice to Job Applicants
This information is only needed if you are hired & will be required for the Gaming Commission Application during orientation.
Before an applicant can work at Bordertown Casino or The Eastern Shawnee Travel Center Casino, they must apply for a gaming license with the Eastern Shawnee Gaming Commission. After filling out the gaming license application, the applicant will be sent to get fingerprinted with the Tribal Police. This is applicable to all applicants, regardless of the position for which they apply.
To speed the application process, please bring the following information that will be required on the Gaming License Application. In order for a gaming license application to be submitted for review with the National Indian Gaming Commission, all criteria must be met on your application. Any diplomas, degrees, or certifications may need to be provided for the Gaming Commission to copy. Failure to complete or provide all information will be grounds for license denial by the Eastern Shawnee Gaming Commissioner.
- Past 5 yrs of employment history (address, phone number, month & year employed, with no gaps)
- Past 5 yrs of your addresses lived at
- 5 references, complete with address & phone number (one family member may be used as a reference)
- A valid Drivers License or a valid Government/State issued ID
- Social Security Card
- CDIB Card (if you are Native American)
- DD-214 (if you served in the Military)
