Restaurant Dishwasher

Summary: Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Maintain a clean, organized and safe working station. Communicate with co-workers at shift change. Assist with putting away deliveries, rotating and organizing.

Essential Duties:
Load, run and unload dish machine.  Keep dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems to the supervisor. Comply with food service policies and procedures. Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.  Assist in food prep assignments when applicable. Be willing and able to help co-workers as situations arise. Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen. Break down all boxes and dispose of them in the designated area. Help in bussing of tables when necessary, under certain situations. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred

Experience:
6 months experience in a similar capacity is preferred

Special Skills: Must be able to communicate clearly with co-workers and supervisors. Possess the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment. Must be dependable and punctual.

Licenses: Obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license

Job Demands
Physical: Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, work in a standing position for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Environmental: Work in a hot, wet, humid casino restaurant containing second hand smoke, high noise level and bright lights.
